Matthew Jackson
Director
Matthew has worked in the corporate financial services industry for over 20 years, and has always put his clients at the heart of his business. He opened Mint FS with one goal in mind, to find a better way for his customers to arrange their mortgage, believing that simplicity is best – and realised that most brokers do not use technology to the advantage of their clients.
Outside of work Matthew is a avid Golfer and is a bit of a foodie and makes a mean curry.
Rebecca Jackson
Director
With over 20 years experience in the finance, estate agency and lettings industry, Rebecca has a wealth of knowledge when buying a home or investment property.
Opening Mint FS became important to Rebecca after she had her twins a few years back which made her realise that the old way of going into an office to arrange a mortgage doesn’t always work for the busy mum and wanted to create a simplified process using modern technology that would work around anyone’s busy schedule, whether that be at home, in the evening or on the go.
Outside of work Rebecca loves to spend time with her family, bake, cycle and currently runs her local twins group.
Will Walsh
Senior Mortgage & Protection Adviser
William has been in the property and finance industry for over 18 years, and has a wealth of experience from owning his own estate agency and arranging mortgages for numerous clients.
William enjoys working with clients to find a way to make their dream move a reality. He is passionate about helping and educating first time buyers and new builds purchasers using his background to help them with the property purchase process every step of the way all while providing excellent customer service.
Outside of work William enjoys spending most of his time with his wife and three children and can often be found playing football with his son or crabbing in the harbour
Georgia Shepherd
Protection Adviser
Georgia has worked in a number of client focused roles over the last 8 years, ensuring that her clients are at the heart of what she does.
Georgia loves working in protection and putting her clients first to ensure that no matter what life throws at them, her clients can be confident and have the peace of mind that financial worries won’t be one of them.
Outside of work, Georgia loves spending time with her family, and when she isn’t doing a challenge like climbing mountains or entering runs with friends, she can be found walking her beloved dog Patrick.
Lucy Jackson
Mortgage Adviser
With over 15 years’ experience in client-focused roles across property, asset management, and recruitment, Lucy has built a career on understanding people — what they need, what motivates them, and how to deliver the best possible outcome.
Now bringing that expertise to mortgage advice, Lucy combines her natural rapport-building skills with a genuine commitment to helping clients achieve their homeownership goals. She takes the time to really listen, understand individual circumstances, and find mortgage solutions that truly fit. Her approachable, transparent style means clients feel supported and informed at every step — and confident they’re in safe hands.
Lucy’s dedication to long-term relationships means she’s not just helping clients with one mortgage; she’s helping them build their future.
Outside of work, Lucy enjoys spending time with her family and dog – Walt, cooking up new recipes, riding horses, and hunting down unique vintage treasures for her home.
Alice Wigmore
Administrator
Alice finished her a level exams in 2023, she has a keen interest in financial services and is currently undertaking a financial administration qualifications.
Alice has excellent communication skills and attention to detail which is invaluable when progressing customers cases from submission to completion.
Outside of work Alice enjoys spending time with family, riding and competing dressage horses and taking her cavapoo Amber for walks.
Stirling Jackson
Head of “Barketing”
Although new to the company Stirling has made an immediate impact – introducing mandatory “Walkies” and improving our lender relationships.
He is working on many innovate marketing campaigns using his energy and personality to increase engagement with our lending partners and clients alike.
Outside of work he likes eating, chasing his tail, long naps and playing with his human family.
Sizzle Jackson
Junior “Barketing” Manager
Sizzle is the youngest and smallest member of our “Barketing” Department , but what he lacks in size he makes up for in energy and enthusiasm.
In a short space of time he has improved our use of leads and has demonstrated effective techniques for chasing cases through to completion.
He is constantly hungry for business – in fact not just business but anything he can get in his mouth and is a big fan of office power naps.
